Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Domestic shipping

For products using our standard shipping options, United States shipping includes USPS carrier-calculated rates and a $15 Express option, where available. Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. Express shipping does not shorten order processing time.

International shipping

Our standard international shipping options include DHL Express carrier-calculated rates for these 27 destinations: United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, and Singapore.

Separate shipping arrangements

Some products use separate fulfillment partners or shipping arrangements, with destination-specific flat rates or USPS carrier-calculated rates. Coverage and charges may differ by product.
